We get this question all the time, and the answer really is that simple - your invitations should always have the correct start time! Why, you might ask?

▪️The majority of your guests are likely to be courteous and on time. These guests *will* be frustrated with such a long wait, especially if the weather is hot, cold, windy, etc.

▪️Your vendors anticipate that guests will start arriving 30 minutes before your ceremony, and plan carefully around this window. If guests start arriving super early, vendors will be doing sound checks, setting up flowers and decor, and attending to your bridal party. They may not be ready to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

▪️Still worried about your aunt who’s late to everything, or your cousins who think start times are a suggestion? A call or text to those specific guests works wonders, without inconveniencing the rest of your loved ones.

So take it from us, and put the correct start time on your invitations. Then kick back, relax, and celebrate!
